My earring came damaged and they let me send it back and fixed it. I’m so appreciative of this shop and this staff and I’m so excited to receive my second order. They package their jewelry extremely well, too and send a little keychain and sticker! They’re so sweet. Just remember to make sure to view the measurements of your earring so you understand the size it’ll come. They’re very clear about measurements and give a great detail of information about every piece of jewelry. I hope this review is of any help :)
