Return Policy

Broken Baggie Seal = No Returns.


(It's listed all over this site, in your new fancy package, AND on the baggie your new jewelry comes in. Please don't try to tell us you didn't see it.) 

Returns are expensive, & timely. There are no refunds on shipping costs & all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

For sanitation reasons, we must adhere to strict return policies. This is for your safety!



Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without the seal broken.

PREORDERED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If an item is "Preordered" in your cart it will be ordered & fulfilled specifically for you. There are no cancellations or returns for preordered items. View our full Preorder Terms & Conditions here:

Additionally, Gift Cards are non-refundable items.

To complete a return, we require an e-mail be sent to: along with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive instructions on how to return your item. Items must be shipped in original packaging, including the shipping box, and must arrive within 14 days of the date of arrival. Please allow plenty of time.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Restocking fees are set at 10% of the item purchase price. There are no refunds on shipping costs. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. You will receive an email with the store credit balance and information.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe you were shipped the incorrect item, please send us an e-mail at: and we will let you know how to proceed.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned gift item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and the above policies will apply.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to arrive may vary.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
