Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
The pre-order service offered by Starfire Body Jewelry Company allows you to order a specific product when it is out of inventory.
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Starfire Enterprises, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “Starfire”) for our products and other accessories (“Products”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Starfire Body Jewelry Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
SECTION 1 - AVAILABILITY
Pre-ordered items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Due to high demand and maintaining high quality standards, many of our suppliers have long turnaround times for orders. Starfire does not determine the wait times on these. These are determined by each supplier.
We will place your Pre-Order with our vendor in a timely manner, generally within 2 weeks, but please be advised of current estimated wait times for some of our main suppliers:
- Anatometal: 4 – 12 weeks
- Body Vision Los Angeles (BVLA): 8 – 16 weeks
- Buddha Jewelry: 2 - 12 weeks
- Glasswear Studios: 6 – 12 weeks
- Gorilla Glass: 6 – 8 weeks
- Hialeah Fine Jewelry: 12 - 24 weeks
- Industrial Strength: 4 – 12 weeks
- Junipurr Jewelry: 2 - 16 weeks
- Kaos Softwear: 1 – 4 weeks
- Leroi: 2 – 12 weeks
- Little Seven Finery: 4 – 6 weeks
- Oracle Body Jewelry: 4 – 6 weeks
If we receive any information in regards to your Pre-Order that will affect delivery time we will relay the information to you.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY
Although we will make efforts to begin shipping Products as soon as reasonably possible, you understand and agree that there may be delays. We will not ship an order until all items have arrived and it is considered complete. In some cases, an early/split shipping fee may be available and offered. An estimated time of shipment, if one has been provided, is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Starfire does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product(s) by the estimated date. As a result, if a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the Product is not met, Starfire is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
SECTION 3 - PAYMENT
You will be charged the full price of the Product(s) at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Your placing of a Pre-Order constitutes your express agreement to Starfire of charging the full price of the Product(s) at such time. If the price of the Pre-Order Product goes down between the time you placed your Pre-Order and the time the Product ships, we will refund you the difference. If the price goes up, which most commonly happens with gold, we will reach out to you to get the balance due. If the price change signifies an issue, we may make an exception to you being able to cancel the order.
SECTION 4 – CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ON ANY PRE-ORDERED ITEMS. If you choose an item that is not in-stock it may not be one that our Buyer(s) would have chosen. We initiate a Pre-Order based on your order. There are no refunds on Pre-Ordered Items.
SECTION 5 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL STARFIRE BE HELD LIABILE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.
SECTION 6 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Starfire reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason.
