11.3mm x 5.7mm threaded end with (4) 3mm x 1.5mm Marquise White CZ's in Prong's & (4) 1mm Round White CZ's in Prong's
The Bitter Sweet comes either curved to the left, or curved to the right.

For example, for a right curve, if you hold the stem, the top would curve to the right (like the letter 'c'). A left curve would be the opposite.
