These flat backs (x 2) were the perfect length for my thin ears as well as the very tiny 2.5mm disk. I had such a hard time finding something this size and it’s perfect. I just had to use metal cutters to snip the end of the steel bar on the top piece (jewelry) to shorten it to the length of these flat backs. I’m currently using one as the back for my helix jewelry. The fit and disk size is so much more comfortable when I’m sleeping. I will definitely purchase these again in the future.
